  6. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing the use of the Supreme Karma Tattoo website, booking system, studio services, and retail products. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

  8. 1. Appointments & Deposits

  10. All tattoo appointments require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  12. The deposit confirms your commitment and reserves dedicated

  14. studio time with your chosen artist. This amount will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

  16. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
  17. • Insufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit
  18. • Missed appointments are treated as cancellations and deposits will not be refunded
  19. • All clients must be 18+ and present valid
  20. government‑issued photographic ID in accordance with UK law

  22. Supreme Karma Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service if a design, request, or behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with studio standards.

  25. 2. Cancellations & Studio Discretion

  27. Deposits are strictly non‑refundable under all circumstances.

  29. If Supreme Karma Tattoo must reschedule due to artist

  31. illness, emergencies, or operational reasons, your deposit will remain valid for a new agreed date.

  33. We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service without refund.

  36. 3. Retail Products (In‑Studio & Online)

  37. We offer aftercare products, studio merchandise, and digital gift cards both online and at our UK premises.

  39. Refunds are available only when:

  41. • Aftercare products are unopened and unused
  42. • Merchandise is confirmed faulty or damaged
  43. • A return request is made within 14 days of purchase in line with UK consumer regulations

  45. Customers are responsible for return postage unless goods are proven faulty.

  47. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund.

  51. Gift cards issued by Supreme Karma Tattoo:

  70. Supreme Karma Tattoo is not liable for complications arising from allergic reactions, undisclosed medical conditions, infections, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
